The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The staff, especially Salim and Yunus, went above and beyond to assist me. the breakfast options didn't match the description, and room cleaning was lacking. a great hotel for the price. Will definitely return.

there were good beds and an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and air conditioning in the twin room. kitchenette was included.

A really nice overall experience at this place, with amazing and airy units provided with AC, a fan, and a balcony, making it an absolutely perfect base for 2 nights.

staying at gems suites-a boutique stay was a delightful experience. the room was new, clean, and spacious with modern amenities like a shower and mini kitchen. the staff, especially the girl who spoke perfect english, was very welcoming and helpful. the location in a peaceful neighborhood made our stay even more enjoyable. we received excellent guidance on sightseeing and shopping, making our trip memorable. the vegetarian breakfast was delicious and not too spicy, catering to different preferences. i will surely recommend this hotel to friends and family.
